Calvina or Callirhoe, or maybe Mircalla. (Not that I would use any of those names, just trying to add some new ones!)

Calogera or Cassandra...partially because I think Callie is too flimsy and young-girly for me, so I need to balance it out with a heavier 'full' name. Calogera fits the bill almost too well in that respect. :-PThat or perhaps Cassandra. I love Sandrine, Sandy, and Sandra, though, so Callie would be very far down the list of nicknames I would actually use in this case. But I could see Callie working, sort of in the same way that I can understand Mary "Molly" or Sarah "Sally" or Harriet "Hallie."

Calanthe, Callista, Calixta, Calla, Calanthea, etc. Not Caroline though; that makes no sense IMO...

I know I should say Caroline...But I never got the connection. Carrie, ok, but Callie, no. So I'd say it could be short for Callista, Calantha, Calliope, or Calysto.

Callista, Callisto, Calandra, Calixta, Caroline, Calypso, and Calantha I think are all nice full names for Callie. Though I don't like Callie really, which is what deters me from using any of these.

Major dittoCalliope is a great name, and Callie would be cute if you wanted a nickname for it.I do have a cousin whose name is Calli Beth and goes by Calli. I'd much prefer Calliope or Caroline, though.
