I love Paul and all its feminine versions. Pauline is lovely in look and sound but Paulina is probably fresher today.

I much prefer Paulina.

Timeless, no imo, dated, yes imo, ready for a comeback I mean I dont really understand this when people ask because I wouldnt a name that I like to become popular and "comeback" full force lol. Pauline would be refreshing to answer that. Pauline Marie I like from your list.

I cannot stand Paul so I can't warm up to this (m).

Love it. Classic & timeless in my opinion.

I don't see it being ripe for comeback for a few years yet. It has been growing on me a lot lately, though. I would even use it if there was a Paul I wanted to honor. I absolutely love the nickname Polly, too!

I like it more than Paula, less than Paulina. The Paul family is a handful of names that I havn't quite gotten into yet, although I suspect there may come a time when I appreciate them more. I like you liking Pauline, though. :-)

Pauline Marie is very pretty and I find Pauline Mathilde quite striking. I'm not a big fan of the other combos, though; Grace is a tad too boring as a middle name for me (But not Marie? Who knows why.) and I've never cared for Oceane.

The more I look at it, the more I like Pauline as part of a combo than I do hearing it on its own. For me it might make a better contender as the second of a two-part first name, like Marie Pauline.

Pauline's lovely; unfortunately, my name's Paul, and I resent very obvious honoring.

It's okay. I like it more than Paula, which isn't feminine enough, and Paulette, which is TOO feminine. It does seem kind of dated to me. I had a great-aunt named Pauline, who, if she were still alive, would be over one hundred years old now. Maybe that's why it seems dated to me. I don't think it's going to make a big comeback.

Pauline actually isn't so pretty to my ears, but that combo is amazing. Pauline Mathilde is also lovely. I think Pauline could totally be ready for a comeback, even though I don't like it all that much. :)
