I think you've transferred unto me the love for Violetta. it's absolutely charming in a rather Victorian sort of way.
Violetta Maud - I think Maud is simple enough to let Violetta take the spotlight and shine.
Violetta Rachel - reminds me of a saucy yet refined lass.
Those are the two combos that I think work the best, however, one name option you didn't include is Violetta Hester. I would LOVE to see that. Hester works so nicely with Violetta, I think.
