King Luka and Queen Phi welcome a daughter, a younger sister for Prince Gerard!
King: Lucius Maximilian Henry “Luka” (25)
Queen: Mary Phillipa Antonia Bernardette “Phi” (27)
Crown Prince: Gerard Emmanuel Henry (3)
Princess: Mary Elizabeth Charlotte Philomena "Effy"
Royal House: Saye

From the minute Phi went into labour, the doctors new something was wrong. Effy was breech and they had to perform an emergency c-section on Phi. Later it was found that she had some cysts and that her woumb suffered some lesions. It is still uncertain if she may carry a child again.
Luka is absolutely torn: on one side, he has his new baby, his first princess. On the other, his beloved wife, suffering. He still needs to deal with the pressure of the council and the people's morbid curiosity. Gerard seems to be the only one who can still smile, he's too young to understand how ill his mother is and he loves to look at Effy and sing to her.
