Is
Anja
an accepted full name in Croatia, or is it a case of a nickname being used as a full name?
I like:
Anja
, if it's okay as a given name
Marina
Gabriela
Katarina
Isabelle
Lea
Lucija
Maja
Adriano
Luka
Natalija
Gabrielle

Yes,
Anja
is a normal full name here. Generally in Croatia names like
Sasha
,
Ivo
, Ela, etc. are used as full names (of course some people might prefer them as nicknames, but short first names are common).
