I always love these lists!Even though Slovene ancestors came here over a century ago, I have a strange fondness for the names. Croatian shares many of the same names, so I really enjoy seeing these.I like:

Anja (Katja & Dragan) --I love Katja more so as a nickname
Bruno
Dora (Majda & Igor) --Majda is new to me, but it sounds pretty

Glad you enjoyed them:-)
I've been a bit lax with my BAs lately, so there'll be plenty of them in the future.

Is Anja an accepted full name in Croatia, or is it a case of a nickname being used as a full name?I like:
Anja, if it's okay as a given name
Marina
Gabriela
Katarina
Isabelle
Lea
Lucija
Maja
Adriano
Luka
Natalija
Gabrielle

Yes, Anja is a normal full name here. Generally in Croatia names like Sasha, Ivo, Ela, etc. are used as full names (of course some people might prefer them as nicknames, but short first names are common).

RicardoSinisa would be awesome if it was a girl's name. :-/

Majda is pronounced 'MAHY-dah'.Unlike some other -a ending names (like Matija, Vanja, Ivica,) Sinisa is never used for girls.
