[Opinions] Fox
I know this is meant to be a boy's name, but what do people think of it for a girl? I think it would be a neat name for a story character and I was just wondering what others' opinions are.
Also, what kind of person does it make you think of? Appearence? Personality?
Thanks everyone!

I like it for a girl, but only for a story. As for appearance and personality, let's think...Stereotypically, Fox would have to be a redhead. But I can picture a Fox with light brown hair. Brown eyes. Tan.Personality... She would be very clever and also very quiet.

A minor character in something I'm writing is named Foxe. I wouldn't use Fox on a girl but I think Foxe would work.

Too masculine. In the 80's, girls used to call a cute guy a fox, so I can't even picture it on a girl. It just doesn't make sense.

I think Fox is a name that puts a tremendous amount of pressure on a person to be gorgeous...and gorgeous in a sexy way, at that. I really dislike it on either sex for a real child, but I think it's okay in a story. I would expect a Fox to be beautiful, somewhat cold and calculating, and certainly no dummy.

My friend loves it for a girl [m]I think it's fine, I prefer it on a boy.

In a story, I find it OK for a girl. Apart from that, a definite no.

No...Fox on a girl is terrible.. It could possibly be ok as a 'nickname' but I couldn't stand it on a girl. My cousin Isabella Grace was almost named Fox William.

Fox William is gorgeous (for a boy!)! I love the combo and it also happens to be a certain FBI agent's full name ;)

It's a GP of mine for a boy - I don't like it one a girl, it sounds almost.. slutty!
