I like Isobel, though if it were my child I would spell it Isabel. I do not much care for Isabelle, and I loathe Isabella.

I have always liked Isabel Mary.

Isobel Mary is great. Very tea and crumpets. :-)

All of your combinations are nice. That one just jumped out at me the most.
