I have a really negative reaction to this name because of a kid in the UK that teased me and bullied me. So - no I don't like it but it could be personal.

Spencer reminds me of Spencer on The Hills. I dislike the show, and I dislike the character/him. If I didn't associate it with him, I'd say that it reminds me of the Hunter / Forrest kind of name. Which to be honest, I'm not sure if that's a good or a bad thing.
