Personally, I've only met Zara, Stella and Rio in real life. Zara and Sara have become quite well known here in the past 15-ish years (they were practically unheard of before) and Stela / Stella is a bit passe now, it was popular in the 1960/70s. Rio was from Spain.
I like Willow (because of Buffy), Zara and Rio.
