I'm sure it's not all that unusual for people with the same name to become friends if they share a very popular name. I'm sure it gets confusing though.
I would avoid using
Rose,
Grace, and
Marie. They're way too common as MNs.

Emma Hope - Nice.
Emma Lillian - I like
Lillian, but this combo is a bit too sing song-y.
Emma Christine - Very nice flow.
Emma Jessica - Doesn't flow very well.
Emma Maria - Too "M" heavy.
Emma Ashley -
Ashley is way overused.
Emma Robin - The flow seems off.
Emma Pearl - Pretty, but
Pearl doesn't flow very well with Bell.
