Probably Nee-kool, with slightly more emphasis on the first syllable.

I can't type Arabic text in this box, but your dictionary might contain an Arabic alphabet chart. It would be spelt:

noon-yeh-kaf-waw-lam.

I only spelt noon-yeh-kaf-waw-lam is the I and the A were long. More probably it would be noon-kaf-lam (the Arabic writting system is consonantic).
