Bryan Luke is a 16-year-old boy from Jamestown, New York. He has blond hair and blue eyes. He was taken away from his parents because they were abusing him. Bryan likes football, tennis, and talking about current events.
Sylvia Marion is Bryan's 10-year-old sister. She has blond hair and blue eyes. She likes singing, dancing, and shopping.
Isidoro Valeriano is a 14-year-old boy from Panama City, Panama. He has black hair and brown eyes. His parents are dead, and his older sister, Mercedes, couldn't support him. She would like to contact him and have him visit her. Isidoro, unfortunately, has problems with his temper and can give in to rage at times. This has resulted in him getting into fights. He likes music, sunbathing, and dancing. Isidoro speaks Spanish and some English.
Fahd is a 10-year-old boy from Mosul, Iraq. He has brown hair and light brown eyes. His parents were killed by terrorists. Fahd is afraid of Islamic extremists and feels they have oppressed his people. He likes talking, soccer, and reading. He speaks Kurdish and English.
Placido Domingo is a 6-year-old boy from Alajuela, Costa Rica. He has black hair and black eyes. His parents, as you might have guessed, are obsessed with the opera singer. They were neglectful of him, so he ended up here. Placido likes animals, soccer, and swimming.
Nina Sophie is an 8-year-old girl from Birmingham, Alabana. She has red hair and green eyes. Her parents couldn't financially support her. They would like to contact her. She likes writing, dolls, and animals.
All the kids are Catholic, except for Fahd, who is Muslim.
