I love Maya. I prefer the Maya spelling, but I like Maia too. Maja is fine if you live somewhere where it won't be misspelled and mispronounced all the time. I really dislike Mya. It looks tacky and dumbed down.
Maia is my favorite of those names. I like Gaia (I'm pretty sure it's GY-ah) in theory but it's a little much. Kaia is adorable and I adore it as a nickname, but as a full name it's really cutesy. GAY-ah is a horrible idea, sorry.
