Help[Opinions] Eseld and Tybalt
I think this is so beautiful. I have discovered that I really like the "eld" sound in feminine names - Eseld, Griselda, Imelda. But I am on an Eseld kick right now. It is so serene and pretty. I prefer it to the Isolde variations.
I am fooling around with siblings for it. I have a character named it and she has siblings. I am gravitating towards off-beat, gentle names and am trying to avoid a theme. But I keep gravitating towards bird names.
Eseld, Robin (m), Wren (f), Nicholas, - I am avoiding Willa for some reason and also Willow, but they fit well - maybe Sarah - possibly Anton? Pauline would be excellent but her daughter's name is Pauline.
Also tell me what you think of Tybalt.

none of the Antons I have known have been "off-beat" or "gentle".
Or psychos with page boy haircuts?

Eseld is lovely. I don't particularly enjoy "eld," but if the person who commented on Eseld was right, then it doesn't bother me because the emphasis isn't on it.
When I look at that set of names, Augustin popped into my head. I think Sarah fits better than Anton.
Tybalt is nice, although I'm partial to Shakespearean names. It's much more to the point than Theobald, and more aesthetically pleasing to me.

Really? I like e-SELD much more than Essled. Essled sounds fat and easily ruffled.
I think Sarah fits better too. I was thinking about Augustin because I think Gus fits, but I think Augustine is a bit too long.. we'll see. :P
I was thinking that about Theobald too. I'm wary of the Shakespeare character though, I don't like him that much. But there is something so dignified about Tybalt. Tibbult. I dunno.
