As an Eastern Washingtonian myself . . .
This list is surprisingly nice. I usually don't look in the BA threads because they depress me. But having been born and raised in the area I just had to peek. there are some real gems here. (No Idaho / Gem State pun intended).
Combos I applaud:
Teresa Anne
Emma Marie (OK, truthfully this one is a tongue twister. But both names are tasteful and that's a big plus in BA threads.)
Brendan Andrew
Alec John
Isabelle Rose
Charlotte Rain
Jonah Gregory
Near Misses:
Antyochia Jean -- Don't laugh at me for this, but I assume the name is based on Antioch and has a religious significance. It intrigues me. The spelling is bizarre, but this one had real possibilities.
Ashley Valentine -- what a great name for a guy.
Daunte James -- Dante?
