My favorites are:
Tallulah Belle (Bruce Willis and Demi Moore)
Violet Anne (Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner, but I Anne is boring in the middle position)
Adelaide Rose (Rachel Griffiths)
Theodora (Keith Richards)
Esme Annabelle (Michael J Fox, prefer Esmée Annabelle. I actually prefer Annabel over Annabelle but Annabelle looks better with Esmée)
Isadora (Bjork)
Aquinnah Kathleen (Michael J Fox)
Audrey Caroline (Faith Hill)
Aurora (Eron Ramazotti)
Stella (Tori Spelling)
Vivienne Marcheline (Brad and Angie)
I bet there are more but I can't think of them right now...There was some celebrity who named his daughter Lolita and I love that name so I think it's great that it is used again.
Oh and I loveeeeeeeeee Matilda Rose Ledger's name!
