I'm going to play a different kind of congrats.
I hope you understand because I think it will be fun.
Instead of giving you names to choose from, I'll assign you initials. You have to come up with names that start with those letters.

For Example:
Last name:
DH:
DW:
Multiples(will only be twins)?
# of rounds(1-5)?
# of names for child:

---

And you'd fill out:
Last name: Smith
DH: Bob
DW: Sue
Multiples? Sure
# of rounds(1-5)? All
# of names for child: 2(meaning first and middle; say 3 if you want two middle names)

Then, round one would look something like this.
The Smith Family!
DH: Bob
DW: Sue
DD: S, A (You can use the initial in either order. Sarah Anne or Anne Sarah..hehe)
