Sydney Victoria sounds like she is being named for an Australian city and state.

I like them fairly well but what about:

Sydney and Courtney sound like sisters but Nadia seems different. Though I like Nadia best. What about Nadia, Gianna and Victoria? Or Sydney, Courtney and Jay? I don't like Jayla, I prefer Jade, Jane or Jay.

Sydney and Nadia are the sisters on ALIAS, just in case that makes any difference to you.

The sound nice together but Nadia seems a little out of place. I would change Jayla simply because I don't care for it. I'm not wild about the name Natalie, but Sydney, Natalie, and Courtney would sound nice as triplet names.
