Somewhat late but...
Your name reminds me immediately of Boadicea, a Celtic Queen who fought against the Romans. It's likely that your name is Joan or Joann with the -icea ending. I don't know what it means though. I wouldn't think it's Joan with a -nicea ending.

will tell you more than you want about Boadicea and maybe (slim) there will be a snippet explaining her name.
Boadicea is a latinized version of the Celtic name Boudicca.
