[Games] estel's NTNB
Welcome to estel's Name the Next Baby! These parents would like some imput on which names to use to name their children. Please consider their requests, but feel free to be creative.
The Worthington Family
DH: Richard Alexander Jr. "Rich" (28)
DW: Delilah Emmeline "Lily" (26)
DS or DD: Rich and Lily Worthington are a wealthy couple who are expecting their first child. According to family tradition, their first son will be named after Richard. Richard is not fond of this idea, but supposes that he should follow the wishes of his parents. Rich and Lily have sat down together and compiled a list of ideas for naming their child. You may use whichever idea(s) that you like to suggest names for their new child.Idea #1: Use a first name ending in a consonant and a middle name that starts with a vowel.
Idea #2: Use long, elegant, extravagant names that suggest wealth and prosperity.
Idea #3: Use a first name that is unisex and a middle name that is very feminine/masculine.
Idea #4: Use a short first name without a nickname and a filler sort of middle name.
The Morgan Family
DH: Jason Andrew (32)
DW: Liesel Alexis (Klossner)(30)
DD: Iris Juliana Klossner-Morgan (13)
DD: Jutta Philippa Klossner-Morgan (11)
DD: Kelly Roxanne Morgan (9)
DS: Shawn Taylor Morgan (8)
DD: Maja Vreni Klossner-Morgan (5)
DD: Jessica Leigh Morgan (2)
DS or DD: The Morgan family is a mixed family. Jason Morgan and Liesel Klossner were both married previously and each brought three children to the marriage--Liesel's daughters Iris, Jutta, and Maja and Jason's children, Kelly, Shawn, and Jessica. Jason and Liesel have been married for five months now and just found out that they are expecting a baby! It is still too early to tell if the baby is a boy or a girl, but the family has already begun discussing names. The five older children wish to be involved in the naming process for the new baby, so they have put forth some rules. Jason (Dad) would like to use a unisex name. Liesel (Mom) would like to use a German name. Iris (L's daughter) wants to use a name with double consonants. Jutta (L's daughter) wants to use a biblical German name, like her own (Jutta=Judith). Kelly (J's daughter) wants to use a name that starts with a vowel. Shawn (J's son) wants to use a masculine name, even if the new baby is a girl. Maja (L's daughter) came up with a list of names that she likes with the help of her mother.
Maja's list: Josepha, Isabelle, Elise, Corinna, Alena, Melitta, Tabea, Amy, Sarah, and Josephine for a girl or Evert, Barnabas, Helge, Helmut, Johan, Otto, Wendelin, Jacob, Mark, and Stephen for a boy. It's up to you whose rules to incorporate into the name, but use your imagination.
The Talbot Family
DH: Jonathan Alexandre "Jon" (24)
DW: Annemarie Giselle (23)
DS: Jon and Annemarie are expecting their first child, a son! Their naming style is something simple, perhaps French, that goes along with their last name. They are a rather indecisive couple and you can pretty much just suggest a nice name and they'll be happy. The Culbert Family
DH: Bryan Jude (25)
DW: Amanda Grace (25)
DD: Alyssa Brielle (4)
DD: Amy Bridget (2)
DS: Bryan and Amanda are excitedly awaiting the arrival of their first son. They have two girls already, Alyssa and Amy. They have already decided that they'd like their sons name to continue the theme set with their daughters--initals AB. Bryan thought that having a child with initials ABC would be fun, and not too many people seem to notice their subtle little theme. They tend to like conventional, not-too-out-there names.
