Saoirse was a little difficult for me to pronounce at first, "SEER-shuh." But once I got the hang of it it was easy.
There are other Irish "s" names I prefer:
Sinead ("shi-NAYD"),
Siobhan ("shuh-VAWN") and
Siofra ("SHEE-fruh").
