Twin sets I can think off the top of my head:
Jeffrey and Joshua "Jeff and Josh" (21; I could never tell which was which in school)
Diana and Danielle (21)
Cassie and Lydia (14)
Logan and Tavey (both boys, born to an eighteen year old girl last yearish?)
I can't think of any others at the moment. But yeah, people name twins stupid stuff. It definitely happens.

ETA: Richard and Robert "Ricky and Robby", who are also 21, but who lucked out in the fact that they looked completely different. (One was tall and stocky, while the other one was shorter and looked like a rat. Different natural hair colours, the works.) I also know of twins around 14 with one named Hope, but I can't remember what her sister is. It's something Biblical, not wordy, like Sarah or something.
