The spelling is beautiful, I don't like the English pronounciation, though.
It's gorgeous
Antonia, lovely! My neighbour's name - she's an attractive fashion-conscious sporty person and I think of her every time I hear this name (which is not as often as I think the name deserves).
I like Antonia very much - what a refreshing change from all the trendy names out theire at the moment.
I'm not that fond of the nn my neighbour uses, Toni - too boyish for my taste. Tonia's better.

I just love it. Everything about this name is good. //
I think it's gorgeous and I would consider using it.
Antonia has grown on me. At the moment, I'm finding it to be pretty - nothing I'd use, personally, but I wouldn't mind seeing it on someone else's daughter. It has a very sophisticated, elegant sound imo.
I love it! It's very pretty.
I prefer Antonie for a girl, but it's very pretty.
Ooops! Should be under OP.
Quite pretty, but strong.

Those are my thoughts on the name. I picture Antonia with her hands covered in flour, in the midst of kneading bread. I love it.
