Pretty, though I'd rather see it as a nn for Cornelia than on it's own. (Or a nn for Helen, Ellen, Eleanor etc if they're pronouncing it Nell.)

I like the name, but only if pronounced German. I'm not sure if I would choose it, though, because it sounds a bit too childish for a grown woman.
