I adore Isabel of course ;). Isobel looks weird to be to be honest. Isabelle looks very sweet.
Isabella seems very Italian to me, which I'm not, so I've never been interested in it. Isabel is actually the original Spanish version btw. I've noticed a lot of people think Isabella/Isabela is, but it's actually not.
