I kind of just thought it up. But, I figured it has probably come from somewhere!!

If you just thought it up, then it wouldn't be a legitimate name, so it wouldn't necessarily have any meanings or origins.
However, a quick Google search reveals that there are plenty of Amelitas out there, in Spain and Italy, so you're in luck.
