Hey, how many rounds will there be?
Well our oldest is now five years old and has just started kindergarten! He was estatic to start and loves it! He has made so many friends and is officially the "class clown!" He's gone a long way since he was a shy two-year-old. Although he loves to goof off, he's quite a bright kid as well! We believe that he gets bored in class and therefore makes things more fun. He is a great big brother too, especially to Sadie- who, might I had, he has actually warmed up to! ;) The two are in love with sports- especially soccer! Them and their dad are outdoors all the time and it won't be long until our newest addition, Matty, will be joining them. I enjoy watching and love to take pictures of them- hopefully some time around I'll get me a little girl who loves to be a little girl too! ;)
Our daughter Sadie is, as I have mentioned, in love with sports and has made so many friends through soccer- her favorite sport. She also plays tee-ball and wants to learn to surf with her daddy (Zach and Jordan go out every morning before Zach goes to school!) Sadie loves art too- its her second favorite thing to do! She loves to do arts and crafts and is quite quick at learning how to make things! She has been off since we brought home Matty, like how Zach was when we first brought home her. We don't think this attitude will last long, at least we're crossing our fingers to hope so!
Our youngest, Matthew Dag, is now 1 month old and a bright and attentive baby! He is so active already and doesn't like to sleep at all! He can rarely sleeps more than a 45 minutes at a time and often won't fall asleep again for awhile. We asked the doctor but right now, we're just hoping he will get a more systematic sleep pattern.
Jordan and I this year had some bad news come. Jordan's good friend since his school days and his wife passed away in a tragic accident. To honor his friend, we named our youngest with his initals. Jordan has been doing well, but he was really down for quite some time.
Work and life have been gernally good though. Jordan got promoted at his job and I have been working on some research- which thankfully, I've been able to get some paper work done for it! I can't wait though to get back to it- it feels odd to go back to work so soon after a birth of a child- but I love what I do and am so excited about my research!
Oh, before I forget, Jordan and I wanted to show you some photos of the kids!
