Pearl, Pearl, a sweet little girl. :)
I think Pearl is a lovely name for a girl in any stage of life. I think it's complimentary for both young and old (and in between).
I love it, and I would totally use it for either a first or middle name.

It fits easily into my retro style. ;)
Although, I am scared it's going to become the next Marie and Rose of middle names. If that happens, well, I still have Penina and Perla!
