An interesting list. I live in a French-speaking area (of Canada), and some of these names are common, some not. And some, only seen on the over-65s.
Yvette, for example, though a pretty name, is regarded as an older woman's name.
Thierry, not unusual in France,is very rare indeed here. Also
Laure, which I love, is uncommon, though
Laura and
Laurette are used.
Amadine is new to me.
Sebastien, which you'd think could stand alone, is frequently in a combination name-Jean-Sebastien,Marc-Sebastien.
