Edited... Just out of curiosity, say I rolled a 4 or 5. Does this mean I would have no children for that round? Or would a baby be born anyway? Sorry, I'm new at Congrats.

Well, this is a unique congrats. So no, you wouldn't have a kid in this congrats. In a normal congrats, you get a kid (or animal, sometimes) in every round, or a spouse or whatnot.
BTW: I'm watching your little video and laughing at the penguins (and the scrolling message)!
