I don't like this as a full name. A friend's sister named her baby just Cassie, and I found it kind of irritating (not that it's any of my business or that I would ever say anything.) It seems too nicknamey to me.
I like Cassandra, but don't like Cassie or Cass anyway, so for that reason I would never use Cassandra.
