I prefer Elisabeth in general and this is no exception- Noa Elisabeth looks much nicer IMO :)

Definitely Noa Elisabeth. There's just something about the 's' spelling that I find far more appealing than the 'z' spelling. It seems a bit softer, and I think that makes it nicer when paired with Noa. Elisabeth is such a lovely name, and making the 'z' a 's' just seems less popular.

I prefer Elisabeth, because it looks and sounds a little softer and more feminine to me. I think either are fine, though. They both sound good with Noa, though I admit I still prefer Noa Elisabeth.

I prefer Elizabeth, BUT if I were in your place, and automatically type Noa Elisabeth, I would use Elisabeth.

Whenever I automatically think one thing, such as Elisabeth, and try to change it, I end up second guessing myself. Then I can't remember which way its supposed to be. :P

I much prefer Elizabeth. I just don't like the S for Elizabeth for some reason.

To me, it just looks better behind Noa. And if you automatically type it that way, then all the more reason to spell Elizabeth with an s.
