I'd say EE-sah-bel (just like how I'd say Isabel)

Ysabel is an older Spanish form of Isabel, and is pronounced the same. It is pronouned ee-sah-BEL.

It's pronounced the same as Isabel.

I tend to say EES-ah-bel, but also sometimes EEZ-ah-bel. You definitely do not pronounce the Y as a consonant; it's nothing like the beginning of "you" or "yes," for example. It's not YEES-ah-bel, for sure.

I'm not sure what the correct pronunciation is but I pronounce it iz-ah-bell, the same way I pronounce Isabel/Isabelle.

It might be like ees-a-bell, like Yvette or Yvonne.
