Reminds me of Millicent Bulstrode from Harry Potter. Here is a character description from mugglenet.com.
"A Slytherin in Harry's year. She is large and square and has a heavy jaw which she sticks out aggressively. During Harry's second year, she was a lot bigger than he was. She was partnered with Hermione at Lockhart's Duelling Club and the two ended up brawling. Hermione took the opportunity to retrieve what she thought was one of Millicent's hairs for her Polyjuice Potion, but it turned out to be a cat hair. Millicent joined Umbridge's Inquisitorial Squad in her fifth year, and took great delight in apprehending Hermione when she and Harry broke into Umbridge's office."
