[Opinions] Sunny
I saw the Lemony Snicket film yesterday, and saw the smallest girl of the family was named Sunny. I thought this was a really cute name for a little girl, but is it a name to grow up with? WDYT?

Pretty name but 50 years old woman?? Oh god no
For some reason I do like it from a girl its a GP for me.
I don't think there's anything wrong with it. I find it really cute and I think it would work just fine on an adult. I have met an adult Sunny actually, a lady and I thought it sounded great.
That move did make me think twice about it. I still can't see it being usable though. It could make a cute nn.
I wouldn't mind seeing it as a nn (for Sunniva, maybe, or just as a nn for a bright, cheery little girl) but definitely not as a given name. I definitely think it better suits a pet than a person, but that may be because it's my cat's name (her sister is Stormy). :b
I really can't see Sunny on a woman in her 40s. And what happens if she's not sunny when she grows up? But, it is a nice nickmname.
No, it definitely doesn't age very well. It should stay a very informal nn (for a cheerful, sunny personality) among family and friends.
It also makes a cute dog or cat name.
