Since most of the names you've listed are two syllables and end in A, just like
Nina, it's a bit challenging, imo, to choose one that's not overly similar in sound. Therefore
Iris and
Ruby both appeal to me; but I don't think either of those has the same spunk / feel / attitude (et je ne sais quoi) as
Nina, at least not to me. Which leads me to
Sophia, but only because I think
Nina and
Sophie (rather than
Sophia itself) make a charming, appropriate match, from your given choices.
Of my own favorites (and
Nina is one of mine as well), may I suggest
Lisette (though I prefer the spelling
Lysette)? Apart from both being trochees, they have nothing in common as far as sound, yet they both have a French air, they're both diminutives, and they're both very feminine (let me note that I think
Sophie matches this description as well). I think
Nina and
Lisette would make a fine twinset.
