Separately they're both really cool, but together they're so themed it's a bit like pets. Cats with these names together would be cute - but kids? Not so much.

To theme-y, especially for twins. Apart the names are okay, but I don't think that they are at all usable.
I think the names themselves are really cool, and Artemis seems usable for a first name if you REALLY have the guts for it (I love the name, but I don't think I'd be brave enough to use it =P ), but Apolena seems a bit much. Perhaps as a mn it would be better off? Although I must say, Lena would make the cutest nn for it. I like the names, but I think it's a little too pair-like for twins. The names look very similar and are also from Greek mythology. They're pretty neat, though!
