I like Jack William best.

I think of both as nn and don't like them as first names.

Jack did indeed start out as a nickname for John. For that reason I wouldn't use it as the full given name, though it is nice enough. Luke is not a nickname, though. Luke and Lucas are separate names. I love Luke, and prefer Luke Andrew of these choices.
