I would pronounce it as you've typed it--'a-LAY-dis'. I like it due to the fact that Emmy Rossum plays a character named by a similar name, Deladis, in Songcatcher (one of my favourite movies). Though I'd be more inclined to use Deladis, I do like Aleydis.
