I don't have a problem with Gage, whether it be a fn or a mn. I think it makes a better mn, but I don't object to it as a fn.

My fave of the above Amadeus Gage, but that might be to much for a teenage or below boy to carry. William Gage is also nice.

A friend has an adopted son named Gage. His father is a total gearhead so it really fits their family.

I think his middle name is Michael.

Obviously, I can only come up with sarcastic names to go with Gage. It simply reminds me too much of Gauge and sounds exactly like it! Guns aren't really the first thought I would want when choosing a name.
