With two n's, I'd assume it was lee-ANN-ah. I know a little girl named Leana, prn. lee-AH-nah, and it was spelled
Liana
I'd assume the same pronunciation. I prefer
Leanna
or Lianna, but none of the above are big favorites of mine.
