Na'ilah is an Arabic name, the feminine of Na'il, meaning "one who acquires [what they want]", or "winner", according to the
Oxford Dictionary of First Names, by Hanks, Hardcastle, and Hodges, and
Digest of Muslim Names by Fatimah
Suzanne Al Ja'fari.
Because of the apostrophe, I would assume that Na'ilah is pronounced something like "nah-ee-lah", but I'm not sure where the accent falls.
