Help[Facts] Cormac
I know here it is listed as corb=defilement plus mac=son, and my Oxford Dictionary of FN agrees, but is this for certain. I love this name and befoer I cross it off my list, I'd like to be certain of it's unsavory meaning.

I'm pretty positive the meaning you've always known is the correct one considering it's the one the site says and rarely rarely is Mike (the webmaster) mistaken in his research. Names from Ciar generally start with Ki-/Ci- or Ce-/Ke-, not Co-
