Jeremy and Sarah love their three kids and they thought they were done with children. To their surprise Sarah got pregnant at William's fourth birthday. They are expecting their second child and they want her firstname to be in the top 10 and her middlename to be unique and macth her siblings middlenames.

Three more girls in the family this year! Kourtney and Leo expecting their second girl, Aryel's little sister. They want her firstname to have a small spelling change and her middlename to honor Leo's father Roger Walther Kerr.
Tammie and Armand is also expecting but hey are expecting twin girls. Tammie would like their firstname to start with the same letter and sound cute together. Armand want their middlenames to have the same meaning.

Both Paul and Anthony got their girlfriend pregnant the same month. Paul's girlfriend Carolyn is 11 years older than him and already has a son, Jared. The two of them are now expecting a daughter. They want her firstname to be english and her middlename will be Claire to honor Paul (St.Claire). The girls lastname will be Arriz-Jakobsen.
Anthony and his one year younger girlfriend Thyra also expecting a baby, but a boy. Both of them want a very unique (wierd spelled, rare, anything you want!) firstname and two middlenames. The first one must honor Anthony's mom, Gertrude Lois. The second one must honor Thyra's father Declan Quienton.
