I think it's a bit nerdy but with some kind of appeal that I can't quite put my finger on. Maybe it's that it seems like something so common and average but doesn't actually appear anywhere anymore. It sounds like the kind of thing I'd name one of my pets (their names being Chet, Ted, Bill, etc).
