WDYT of Janina (pronounced yah-NEE-nah)?
Do you think it would be constantly mispronounced because the J sounds like a Y? Can you think of another decent spelling that would make it less likely to be mispronounced? Thanks!

It might take an explanation, but a lot of names starting with J are said like Y, and people get used to it so I wouldn't worry and change the spelling.

It's pretty, although on first reading the subject I had thought to myself: jah-NEE-nah, and not yah-NEE-na. It's probably better off spelt as Janina. I don't think Yanina looks very nice.
