Bill Clinton and Harry S. Truman were the only presidents who had only 1 child.
Franklin D Roosevelt and Theodore Roosevelt were 5th cousins were were also presidents.

Both Marguerite and Eleanor were spouses of King Edward I *Longshank.* (Eleanor being the 1st and Marguerite being the 2nd)
Sharon and Diane were both the children of Walt Disney.

Justin and SaraMai are the names of the twin children of the current President of Ireland, Mary McAleese.
Musician Alanis Morresette has a twin brother Wade.
