Christian is one of my favorite boy's names. I personally think it sounds more masculine. But it could work on either. I've seen a few girl's named Christian, and it's nice.

I don't know what nn's she'd have, Christian doesn't seem as likely to me to be shortened as say Christina or Christine would. I do like Chrissy, though.
