I;m not sure if Luna fits with Lily and Esme, though its a nice name. Luna Elizabeth is ver nice.

I think putting Luna and Lily in a sibset would make you come off as a huge Harry Potter fan, but it's a nice name.

I like Luna, particularly since hearing the song 'Luna's Gone' by Mary Chapin Carpenter. But I'd only ever use it as a mn, 'cos I can't get over the 'lunatic' association

Too close to Lily, I think, especially with Lily being another Harry Potter name. Luna and Esme is nice, though.

I think Luna goes well with Esme, but I don't think Esme and Luna go terribly well with Lily. I suppose it could work though if it must. I like the combos Luna Guinevere, Luna Beatrice, and Luna Heloise.
